Shipping and Exchange Policy - Aabish Luxe

1. Exchange Policy

   • Aabish Luxe does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ for any of its products.

   • All products purchased from our Site can only be exchanged within 07 days if:

     • An exchange request is made within the stated time frame.

     • The item(s) received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

     • The received product(s) differ from the original order.

     • Any essential item is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, or original packaging.

   • Claims will only be entertained if made within 07 days of the original order date.

   • Please email pictures of the defective item to info@aabishluxe.com or call at +923124249192 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute.

   • Once we receive the item, our team will review the issue. If the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value as the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.

2. Customer Responsibilities for Exchange

   • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs in case of an exchange.

   • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

   • Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be entertained for exchange.

   • Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

   • Aabish Luxe Fabric once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Aabish Luxe does not offer a refund or money-back guarantee on purchased items.

2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. However, instead of a refund, a coupon of the same value will be provided, which can be used to purchase from Aabish Luxe within the next 60 days.

3. Aabish Luxe may cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

   • The item is out of stock.

   • Damage found during a quality check.

   • Technical errors.

   • Payment via Credit Card or PayPal is declined.

4. We do not store Credit Card details nor do we share customer details with third parties.
