  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

  • In the event of a dispute, products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days under the following conditions:

    1. The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
    2. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
    3. The received product(s) differ from the original order.
    4. Any missing items from the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.

  • If the products are damaged or missing, outer packaging images must be provided via email at info@aabishluxe.com before discarding the packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery.

  • To raise a dispute, please email pictures of the defective item to info@aabishluxe.com or call at +92 312 4249192 within 7 days of order delivery. Each dispute will be reviewed individually, and a fair resolution will be provided. If the dispute is valid, we will either:

    • Issue a replacement for the same product as mentioned in the invoice.
    • Provide a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases within 60 days.

  • No disputes will be entertained after 7 days from the order delivery date.

  • The customer is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith and must ensure accurate selections of articles, dresses, or products.

  • Aabish Luxe may share marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogs with customers who have provided their email address, wish lists, name, or postal address.

  • Our team may contact you in case of any issues related to order delivery (e.g., phone number, address verification).

  • Aabish Luxe may disclose customer data to fraud prevention agencies if necessary.

  • We verify that customers are of legal age before allowing online purchases.

  • We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in PKR (or any other agreed currency).

  • Payment details provided for purchasing products will be securely processed by our payment provider via an encrypted connection.
